培根高麗菜 Bacon Cabbage

材料
高麗菜 400克
蒜末 10克
辣椒 1根
培根 50克
水 3大匙

Ingredients
400 grams cabbage
10 grams minced garlic
1 chili pepper
50 grams bacon
3 tablespoons water

調味料
鹽 1/2茶匙

Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt

作法:
1. 高麗菜洗淨後切片,辣椒及培根切小片。
2. 熱鍋,下沙拉油小火爆香蒜末、辣椒及培根。
3. 加入高麗菜、水、鹽。炒至高麗菜軟即可。

Preparation Method:
1. Rinse and slice the cabbage. Cut the pepper and bacon into small pieces.
2. Heat up a frying pan, put in a little salad oil, aromatic garlic, chili pepper and bacon on low heat.
3. Add the cabbage, water, and salt. Finally, stir fry the cabbage until soft.
